MillTech Recruitment is working on behalf of an established UK transport planning consultancy to recruit an Associate Partner for its Leeds team.

You'll lead major projects, develop strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities and help shape the team's continued success.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in development-related transport planning.
• A proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience in business development.
• The ability to lead, mentor and develop colleagues.
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body.
• Expert witness experience would be advantageous.

Salary and benefits

• £65,000–£80,000 salary, subject to experience.
