MillTech Recruitment is working on behalf of an established UK transport planning consultancy to recruit an Associate Transport Planner for its London team.

You'll combine technical expertise with team leadership and commercial involvement, helping deliver complex development projects while supporting the continued growth of the business.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience in development-related transport planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of transport modelling, analysis and highway design.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing teams.
• Confidence in client-facing discussions and stakeholder negotiations.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
• Chartered status, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional body.

Salary and benefits

• £60,000–£70,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
