FIELD TEAM LEADER – FULL TIME – UK WIDE

Disrepair Solutions Group is expanding nationwide and is seeking 10 motivated and professional Field Team Leaders to join our growing operation.

FULL-TIME CONTRACTED ROLE

Monday to Friday
10:00am to 4:30pm
Weekends off

Successful applicants will be contracted directly to Disrepair Solutions Group and will work within their allocated local area.

THE ROLE

As a Field Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to carry out genuine field-based work, speak professionally with tenants and identify potential housing disrepair cases for assessment.

Your responsibilities will include

Speaking professionally with tenants in your local area.

Identifying potential housing disrepair issues, including damp, mould, leaks, structural defects, heating problems and other property-related concerns.

Taking clear photographs and videos of relevant property conditions with the tenant's permission.

Recording accurate information regarding reported issues and property conditions.

Collecting and submitting relevant supporting information in accordance with company procedures.

Working with our solicitor partners where appropriate cases are referred for assessment.

Maintaining professional communication with tenants throughout the process.

Developing your local area and generating genuine housing disrepair enquiries.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

Alongside your own field responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to recruit, train and manage a local canvassing team.

You will provide guidance and support to team members, help develop your territory and maintain professional standards across your team.

Team performance may provide additional performance-related earnings.

EARNINGS

£200 PER ACCEPTED CASE

PAID WEEKLY

The role offers performance-based earning potential, with £1,000 per week OTE available to successful performers.

The advertised £32,000 to £52,000 annual earning range represents on-target earning potential and is not a guaranteed basic salary.

Earnings depend on individual performance and the number of accepted cases.

Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, housing, property, recruitment or team management would be advantageous, although relevant experience and the right attitude will also be considered.
