Junior Business Analyst

Support the delivery of business analysis activities by helping teams understand processes, gather requirements and identify practical improvements. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, developing your analytical skills while contributing to projects that support organisational goals.

❖ Assist with gathering, documenting and validating business and user requirements.
❖ Review processes and data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
❖ Prepare clear process maps, reports and supporting documentation.
❖ Work with project teams and stakeholders to track actions, clarify requirements and support delivery.
❖ Help maintain accurate records and ensure analysis is organised, consistent and accessible.
❖ Bring strong communication, attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
