Salary: £65,000–£80,000 per annum

Lev Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Principal Designer / CDM Consultant for a leading international construction consultancy in London.

The successful candidate will provide specialist CDM and Principal Designer services across a range of construction projects, advising clients and project teams on their responsibilities under CDM Regulations 2015.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CDM and Principal Designer consultancy services.
• Advise clients on their statutory duties under CDM Regulations 2015.
• Identify and manage design-related health and safety risks.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors and project teams.
• Review design information and support CDM compliance.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain client relationships.

Essential requirements

• Experience as a Principal Designer, CDM Consultant or CDM Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
• Relevant construction, design or health and safety qualifications.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

APS, IOSH or equivalent professional membership would be advantageous.
